Reached out to buyer multiple times after seeing this review. Buyer has never reached out to indicate there was an issue before leaving the review - two months after receiving the item. Customer contacted me to tell me she did not like the image on her pendant which was the new moon. I provide images of all of the possible moon phases in the product listing. I responded within minutes and explained to her that that new moon was the phase of the moon that coincided with the date she provided. I offered to switch to a different moon image several times as well, but explained that would not correspond to the date she provided. I responded and reached out at least five times to see what I could do to make her happy, and got no answer as to next steps. In her correspondence she said that she loved the product, just wanted a different image, which I offered to reship as well. I'm sorry that the customer didn't understand the product details/listing she purchased. . She then left this review.
