Very, very cheap.. also contacted seller and was not any help at all.

Customer contacted me to tell me she did not like the image on her pendant which was the new moon. I provide images of all of the possible moon phases in the product listing. I responded within minutes and explained to her that that new moon was the phase of the moon that coincided with the date she provided. I offered to switch to a different moon image several times as well, but explained that would not correspond to the date she provided. I responded and reached out at least five times to see what I could do to make her happy, and got no answer as to next steps. In her correspondence she said that she loved the product, just wanted a different image, which I offered to reship as well. I'm sorry that the customer didn't understand the product details/listing she purchased. . She then left this review.
