One of the two jewelry boxes was scratched. The monogram was wrong which was my fault but I did reach out to Jane customer service. The 2nd box looked like it had a little dent in the top and the monogram had lines through it. It could be better but for the price I’m giving it 3 stars. I bought the cream colored boxes.

Love the product I just wished it would have fit in the buggy. I bought three of these for Christmas presents and one for myself. I guess I won’t be giving them as presents. Update review: the seller was sweet enough to contact me and discuss the problem. We were able to come up with a solution. Very satisfied customer here.

My only complaint is the listing says it will include a coordinating tassel…mine didn’t coordinate. Fast shipping and cute product!

I ordered 2 of these for myself and my friend. I got a free one for my mom. Sadly neither of them fit when I went to Aldi. Really wanted this to work out for my friend since she goes there a lot. I loved the look of them but was very disappointed.

Chose hyacinth gloss and thought I got a piece of wood instead. I was mistaken. Directions to take the brown tape off would be great if included.

The first key I received did not fit the shopping cart. I was disappointed but after leaving a review with my issue the seller quickly reached out via email to resolve the issue and is sending me a new one that is thinner and should fit the cart 😁 I will update when I get it. Fingers crossed it fits!!

Was so excited & got so disappointed. Bought this for my science teacher sister & haven’t given it to her as the dark background isn’t complete. It’s like the picture was torn to short & shows white on one side & is very noticeable. Poor workmanship.
