We reached out multiple times to see how we could help resolve the buyers perceived issue, with no response. As a small business we value customer service and will make every effort to resolve an issue. Without knowing what the issue is and with no contact from the buyer or response from the buyer we are not sure how to help. The ornaments are made from 1/8" wood or acrylic. Acrylic is a very lightweight material which is cut from a laser, exactly as described in the listing. We are sorry the buyer was not clear on expectations despite the great level of detail provided in the listing. Please always reach out prior to leaving a review. Hi, thank you for your feedback. The space in the center of the ruler is about 1.5 inches so there is a small space for the names as clearly detailed in the picture. The names are laser engraved on all available space. This is all clearly detailed in the picture.
