These are great, very well made
I love these! They look great framed on our wall and have been a perfect way to show our family journey through a few different locations!
No one has answered any of my emails. I never received my order. Still trying to get my refund.
Hi - We are very sorry we shipped these late, we had quality issues and even though the orders were cancelled we shipped them for free with a free tote bag as apology gift. Hope you are enjoying your tote bags :) Many thanks 🙏

I received the wrong prints (Germany instead of Georgia). I have just sent my 4th email. No one has responded and I have emailed once a week for 3 weeks now. I would NOT recommend ordering as apparently their is 0 customer service!😞

These are actually really beautiful. I gave it as a gift and they loved it!
I am extremely pleased with my print. The paper is thick and textured. I ordered a 5x7 so it fit in the mailbox but it was packaged very well in several layers of protection. Shipping was on time. Very happy.
If I could leave a ZERO I would!!! Both myself & JANE customer service reached out to this company multiple times (both via company email & their contact info through JANE) to find out the status of my order - Refinery Number One NEVER responded...horrible customer service!!!!! That being said, JANE was wonderful & very supportive with reimbursing me & making sure to try & remedy the situation.

Even though you received your refund, we will be shipping your order plus an extra tote bag as apology free of charge . We are terribly sorry we delayed shIppIng of this sale, it just wasn’t in our hand, instead of sending our customers a product we wouldn’t happily use ourselves, we prefer losing money plus sending them apology gifts, at the end of the day, your happiness matters. We are very sorry 😐

Pretty colors but the design is so small on the paper it’s almost buying just a piece of white paper. Returning mine
Dear Susan - I am so sorry you’re not happy with your order :( The reason we offer horizontal prints is some states are too long and too narrow, they wouldn’t look good when ordered vertical, for example North Carolina, Alaska or Tennessee, we offer horizontal because these states are in long and thin shape, it is physically impossible to make them look big when printed vertical. You absolutely do not need to return them, please get in touch with Jane support team and ask for a refund, we will approve your refund right away, you can do this with any product you purchase from Refinery Number One as if you’re not happy, we accept refunds no questions asked. Once again please accept my sincere apology!

I love the prints and quality but the 4 large ones that I ordered came bent 4 inches and 2 inches from the corner. Edited: my damaged prints are being replaced. Thank you for the speedy reply and offering to fix the problem.
