horrible customer service! got an email well after the item should have been received saying there was a quality issue and the product would be mailed the following week. i have inquired three times in more than two and a half weeks as to the status and i get the standard reply saying we are a small business, please give us up to 24 hours to respond. no one has responded since my initial email more than two weeks ago.

You need to be able to leave NO stars on a review! I have yet to receive these totes. I received one message from vendor that the totes would be delayed then no follow up. I wrote the vendor 3 times after that and they have NOT responded to my emails. Absolutely horrible customer service. I realize they are Christmas items but you still answer a customer's needs. Do NOT buy from this vendor!!
