Christmas Tote Bags
Have contacted them 3 times. Only received a generic response from the 1st email saying they would get back with me. They haven’t responded. Ordered a tote on October 14th was suppose to ship October 22nd. Still hasn’t shipped therefore haven’t received the item yet. It’s November 4th! Very unacceptable!

We did reach out to every affected customer by email explaining the issue. Perhaps our email went into your spam folder.
