The item took forever to ship (past the expected date supplied by the seller). I reached out to them three times before contacting Jane and the only response I got from Refinery Number One was an automated message stating they would respond within 24 hours. They didn’t. Once I got in touch with Jane- who responded personally and helpfully within 5 minutes of my message- I got a shipping notification within a couple of hours. The product is great in terms of quality, but customer service on the seller’s part is lacking. Jane has done a great job of keeping them accountable and providing superior communication.

Not what I expected. Trying to reach seller. Sent two emails with no response to both of them. When I try to “contact seller” through my order, I get a response that the email is blocked.

The pictures don’t do it justice!!

There are so many beautiful places in Alabama - hence “Alabama the beautiful” - and this watercolor was of some random buildings in downtown Birmingham... not a pretty scene at all. The watercolor itself and the colors were nice, but the font of the word “Alabama” made it look like it was misspelled as “Alabalma.” I bought one for me and one as a gift and ended up giving both away. Great idea, poor execution.

nice pillow covers but I know that I ordered 5 different ones and received 5 covers, 2 were the same print, different colors!

I would love to give this 5 stars, but my delivery was delayed a lot and got Christmas presents the night before Christmas.

Seller got overwhelmed with orders, but they let me know about the delay. Pillow covers are very nice.

Good heavy weight paper. Look very expensive when I framed them. I would definitely buy from them again.
