Never received my package. Have reached out multiple times to seller for a refund with ZERO response. Been over a month now!
I’ve attempted to return this twice with no call or email. If you order this make sure you like it because it’s yours forever
I did not receive the design I ordered. I have contacted the seller twice in the last 2 weeks and they have not responded.
I ordered 3 of these about 1 month ago for Christmas gifts. I finally received them on December 28 but only received 1. I tired to email them 4 times with no response so now I am out the money on the other 2. Highly disappointed!!!
As others have noted with their orders, I also received designs I did not order. Emailed seller with no response. Quite disappointed as I was super excited to get the pillows only to have (3) out of 5 pillows which I was sent are NOT designs that I ordered. Have a feeling that I will never hear back from seller or receive the designs I wanted.
I only received one of the two covers I ordered 😩 and no one has contacted me back to make it right!! Which is too bad, I love the one I did receive!!!
VERY LATE could not even use them for Christmas!

I purchased many prints in one order and they arrived late, but the owners were very nice about helping them arrive before Christmas. The prints were beautiful and I was very pleased!! There was one mistake, however, and I received a vertical 8x10 instead of a horizontal 5x7. I have been trying to reach the seller to exchange, but have had no response after 3 emails (except for their automated 24 hr. Message). I’m disappointed with this round of communications.
Prints were nice and good quality, however very disappointed that they were purchased at Thanksgiving and didn’t arrive until the day after Christmas. I sent two emails, one approximately the week before Christmas and one the day before Christmas neither of which were responded too with exception of the automated email that is sent out to every email. Could use some work in their customer service.
The pillow cases are cute. My only issue was timing. I ordered them weeks ago, and received them about 2 days before Christmas! That was unfortunate. I wanted them sooner for Christmas parties.
