It took a long time to ship. I received them 2 weeks after estimated delivery date, and got the wrong pillow cases. I have emailed them 3 times and have yet to get a response from any of them.

I looove the covers I ordered. The prints were perfect and brought Christmas cheer to my home. Thank you!!

I placed this order on Nov 27...with the intention of incorporating them into my Christmas decor. After inquiring about the status of my order 3 wks later...I received them on Christmas Eve...nearly one month after placing my order. Very disappointed that I have to wait until next yr.

Quality and appearance of these pillow covers are amazing. They did take quite awhile (1 month) to arrive during the Christmas season due to an abundance of orders on the seller’s side.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered my item on 11/16. I emailed them twice and got no response. I contacted Jane Support and they emailed the seller. Still no response and as of 12/26, I haven’t received the item. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Thankfully, Jane will refund me.

Not what I expected not being real burlap just a silkscreen and took over 4 weeks to ship and didn’t receive until Christmas Eve... nice guess I can decorate with these next year or i’ll probably white elephant them or give away next year actually. Lesson learned.

Never shipped by the date promised. When I reached out I got a generic response and then all of a sudden got an email it was shipped... after I requested to cancel since it had been over 10 days after ship date...

We love the prints!! It was the holiday season when we ordered so shipping took longer, but the seller kept us up to date regarding shipping time. WE STILL got them before Christmas too. THANKS!

I love the pillow covers! However, I would have loved to have had them before Christmas Eve! I ordered them on November 27!

I see a lot of bad reviews here. It did take a little longer than I expected to receive my 8 bags, but I got all of them and they are so funny and cute. The seller reached out and let me know that they are a small team of people and they get blasted with orders, so I was able to expect a delay. Love them!

Love my pillow cover. Well constructed and the design looked very nice. Proud to have it on my couch.
