I ordered three lanterns to be given as Christmas gifts . I never received them, when I check my order status it says processing since December 9th! Sent several emails with no response! Very very disappointed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Read reviews!!!! S L O W!!!! Ordered 12/9/2017 and I still haven’t received the lantern as of 1/3/2018. 1.8.2018 Received and the item is incorrect I order black received white and the personalization is not centered. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT; emails are ignored.

I ordered this three weeks ago and it still says it is processing. I emailed the company and they have not responded. Worried it is a scam.

I placed an order for three lanterns on Dec 10th with a promised shipment date of Dec 19th and planned to give those as Christmas gifts. Although today is December 28th and they have yet to be processed and shipped. I sent several emails to the company for a status update and they have not responded. This was my first experience ordering with Jane and I am so upset and disappointed that I have no plans to order from this company or site again.

Ordered 12/9 as of 12/27 have not received item nor any updates on status order.

Item was supposed to arrive by Christmas but I still don’t have it. Maybe once it comes in if it does I’ll increse the stars.

Very Disappointed. Ordered 2 of these for presents that was suppose to ship on the 19th well just like everyone else i also have not received. I have emailed them 3 times trying to cancel my order and get A refund since i had to run out last minute and get two more gifts. I have contacts Jane and they have contacted the company but still no response. All i want is my money back for this inconvenience. I would not order from this company mostly because the customer service is horrible!

Ordered this 12-11-17 and received email on 12-19-17 that pre-shipment label was ready and waiting on item. Still to this day no item and no response to the three emails sent to American Laser Craft.

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. My order was supposed to ship on the 19th and it didn't. I began emailing the seller on the 19th and emailed at a minimum 6 times, and never responded. They didn't respond until the 26th after I had to get Jane support involved. I ended up just getting one from someone else, so I am out money and don't even want the lantern anymore. Absolutely disappointed and will never order from this company, I urge no one else to make the mistake and order from this company either.

Got two sets for my sister and they are great! Can't wait for these to be on sale again so I can get my own set! Decent shipping as well.

It looks like I am not alone in my frustration with this vendor. I, too, ordered 2 lanterns on Dec. 9 as Christmas gifts, that were stated in the listing to ship no later than Dec. 19. As of today, Dec. 27, I still have not received them. I emailed the seller and got no response, and tracking number says no information available. I have had no contact from this seller at all regarding this order. Absolutely inexcusable.

This item was not delivered to me as of today...I ordered this to give my sister at Christmas and since I didn’t receive it I had to run out last minute and purchase her another gift. Please update me on this item asap. I may want to possibly c cancel the order since Christmas has passed Thank you, Fran.

Just got my lantern in the mail today and it says the wrong name. I have emailed this company with no response. It did not ship when they said it would either.

Really nice and well constructed.

Still waiting. No response from seller. Supposed to ship on 12/19. Four emails. No updated tracking info.
