Very disappointed ordered almost month ago. They will not respond to emails.
Got this for my sister for Christmas and it’s super cute. Definitely worth the price. Good craftsmanship. So excited to give it to her!
Disappointed, I followed the layout shown when putting in my personalization. Everything is on 3 lines all at the bottom - Doesn't even make sense. Now I have to find something else to get for the gift. It was supposed to say The Gramma in a larger font in the middle and then one line above and one line below this. The quality is good but the placement of wording is awful.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I emailed multiple times and Jane emailed with no response, searched for their Instagram and sent a message there, nothing. Do not recommend ordering from here at all!!!!!!
The personalized printing is great... The pillowcases wrinkle very easily. If you plan to use them to rest your head on them you will have wrinkles.
Order placed on 11/30 and confirmation status stated that shipping date would be 12/9. I've sent two emails (12/10 & 12/13) asking for status only to receive an auto-reply that someone would contact me within 24 hours. I did receive an email 12/14 stating "The independent seller has your merchandise packed. It’s almost ready to make its way to you." but nothing more and no further shipping updates. There are now only 7 mail delivery dates until Christmas - and obviously these were two Christmas presents. If there was an issue, they should stop taking orders and reach out to the customers who are waiting on updates.
I ordered this on Nov 18th and still haven’t received it! It was estimated to ship on November 30th, shows shipped but never received!
Super Cute
Ordered 11/30 with the estimated ship date of 12/8. It's 12/16 and no item. I understand it the holidays but it's been 3 weeks, plenty of time. Don't put in your description an estimated ship date if it's going to be weeks before its shipped
I ordered this Nov 30th and it said it would ship by Dec 8th I have tried emailing twice with no response I also think it is very unprofessional to not have a phone number to call customer service I was really hoping to have this to give to my sister-in-law for Christmas while she was in town this weekend but now I'm going to have to ship it to her I live nearby and was hoping to use them in the future for more gifts but now I'm not sure I will I understand that most places are understaffed and really busy this time of year, but I don't understand why I can't at least receive an email response
