It’s really nice and I love that it’s personalized. Quite a variety of art tools!

I never received my order and it still hasn’t shown up as shipped. We will be moving soon as well so I tried to contact the shop and they said they’d get back with me and never did.

I have not received this item. Said it would ship by Dec 10th and still says processing. I have reached out to the seller twice to figured out when it will ship and I have not gotten a response.

Terrible customer service. Never received them.

I ordered my Christmas gift Nov 29th just now shipped hopefully I'll get it by Christmas. I emailed them twice with no response back. They shouldn't take my money until they ship if it's going to take week's! Beware of seller!!

Ordered in November for a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived and still shows processing. Contacted the company for a refund and they refused.

I received the art set but the case was damaged and has a hole in it. I’ve contacted the seller twice and have not received a response. I don’t recommend buying due to poor customer service.

arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it then I opened up the box and the handle to the case is busted . This was the Christmas present for my granddaughter I was most looking forward to her opening .super annoyed ! and besides the tracking on this being a joke , now i'm stuck with a janky looking gift . I should have spent $25 on amazon instead . I expect a refund on this purchase .

They came with a N initial (Scalf was the name printed) when it wasn’t supposed to have an initial at all. (I put NA in the initial field on the order form.)
