I have not received what I ordered. It is now 10 days past the expected ship date. I have sent 3 emails with no response from seller.

This board turned out absolutely gorgeous, the letters weren’t quite as dark as I had hoped but I was very impressed!

I love this!! Great price and great quality. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the order was about 10 days late.

In-laws LOVED this for a Christmas present. It's small, but the quality is super good!!! Great for kitchen decor.

I did not receive the correct color and continue to have no response from the seller when trying to address the issue.

I am deeply disappointed because there are markings that cover up or mar the name on my purchase. The personalization is great, but it seems like the wood was damaged beforehand.

It is beautiful. I just would have liked more shipping information. I would definitely buy this again.

I love this cutting board! We ended up getting the curved edges and loved it much more than the straight corners! Can't wait to give them to the newlyweds!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This product was suppose to ship no later than Tuesday, Dec. 19th. I emailed numerous times with no response when it was not received and didn't have tracking due to this being a Christmas present. Finally I got in touch with someone through me calling. I was promised a separate order was made and shipped to a new address (where we would be for Christmas). Today is December 29th. Not only was the second shipment never received to the new address, but my first order has STILL not shipped. I am beyond frustrated with this company and their lacked of customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I will never order from this seller again. First, the order was supposed to ship by 12/19. I emailed the company twice after the 19th asking for an update and never received a response. It finally shipped 12/27 (so much for the Christmas present that it was supposed to be). It came undamaged, but the decal is completely off centered. I'm not even going to bother contacting them about it because I know it will go unanswered.

I ordered this on December 10 for a Christmas present. It said it would ship by December 19. Well it is now December 28 and I have not received this yet. I have reached out to the seller twice and have not gotten any sort of reply either!
