The product was beautiful, good size. My only issue is it took a long time to get here. I recieved a tracking code that didn't work for about 10 days. I emailed them about it, never heard back but the next day the tracking number worked.

I ordered from Jane on December 9th and the order said it would ship by December 19th. The products I ordered were going to be Christmas gifts. It is January 1, I have paid for my order back on December 9th and it still says it's processing. I have sent 7 emails asking for a status update and only received 1 asking for my order number. I sent it to them and that's the last I've heard. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service that I would not recommend ordering from them. They have beautiful items, but what good is that if you can't get the items or even inquire about your order.

The lantern is really cute but I ordered this as a Christmas gift many weeks before Christmas and it did not come in time. They took a long time to respond to my email and just said “sorry, yours fell into the category that won’t make it before Christmas.” They did offer 60% off my next purchase but I’ll probably never order from them again because of how long it took to receive.

I ordered the black lantern and was sent the white one. Sent two emails to the seller to resolve the issue never got a response. Very disappointed.

Purchased as a gift for a sibling! It was perfect!

My sister was very pleased with her personalized cutting board! However I was disappointed that she didn't receive what I ordered. Her design had a large "B" at the top with their first names, last name, and wedding date at the bottom. In the picture it has a double square border around the design. However her design has no square border on it at all. Also, due to a lack of inventory, her square-edged board was changed into a round-edged board. Finally, the board I ordered was 6x8 and the board she received was 11x14. I'm very grateful that she got a larger board, but if I order something from a company, I expect it to look like the image pictured, and not an entirely different product. On a side note, it took about 13 days from ordering to delivery, so it did not arrive before Christmas as promised.
