I was very unsatisfied with this purchase. So unsatisfied that I don’t even want to leave a 1 star rating. The order form says that you can add up to 15 names on the pillowcase. I had 14 names. Checked and double checked that all the names were correct and on there. When I received the pillowcase one of the names was completely cut off the bottom and the last name on there only said “Mc...” and they left off the rest of the name McKenzie. I then emailed customer service and they basically told me it was my problem it was printed as they received it. Obviously someone’s name isn’t “Mc...” someone should have known there were more names to come on the order and there was an issue with the list of names. I highly do not recommend this company.

Ordered a large for our 55lb pit and it fits her thick neck great! Very happy with the quality.

Buyers beware. I initially received a pillowcase that was totally incorrect. I contacted them immediately and was told they would send me a corrected one and notify me when it was shipped. When I hadn’t heard anything after a few weeks I contacted them by email for a status update. They would not reply to any of my emails. I eventually contacted Jane.com and this seller would not even reply to Jane’s email.

I never received my order, but I did receive my refund. Good communication. Would have liked the speakers though. They were Christmas gifts.

I bought 2 and would give this a 5 star but the phone number was wrong. My mistake....I just re ordered with the correct phone number. They do run a little big so I also changed the size on one of the collars for a smaller one. They look great

Really cute but the size large could fit a horse. I'm not kidding. Both our dogs are large and the collars are gigantic. We've tightened them as much as possible but still too big.
