I ordered three and they’re soooo cute! The quality is good. I’m going to put in fancy hot cocoa and gift these. Came with markers. One of the designs with snowflakes “merry Christmas” has a giant 25 on the backside. Not crazy about that and it wasn’t pictured.

Personalized Glass Lanterns

I received the lantern but the glass was broken. I reached out and they apologized and sent another one. It too had broken glass! I asked if the would attempt to try agin with better packaging as it was a glass lantern in a box with an additional piece of brown paper inside a second box. 3rd was was on the same packaging and also broken. I reached out 2 times but no response. Now I’m just wanting a refund!
