Top quality. When one of the personalizations was incorrect, Qualtry customer service responded quickly and came through with the fix. I'll order from them again.

Absolutely terrible!!!! The first cover I received looked like someone used a sharpie marker and hand write the names on it. I emailed customer service and they quickly responded to rectify the situation. However I was not asked if there was anything I would like to change (font/style) I was just told they would remake the product. When I received the new product it looked pretty much the same as the first with the exception of the names were much smaller, still looked like someone hand write them and they were messy. I will not be buying from their company again just based off of quality of products.

Pleased with the quality, these are for Christmas but I tried a few markets out as other reviews said they weren’t great, but had no issues with them. I think my kids will love them!

Got these for Christmas gifts and they are beautiful. One had a broken side glass when it arrive and I contacted Qualtry and they offered to replace it. Have not yet gotten the replacement, but I feel certain I will.

Really great quality, but $9 for one coaster? I thought I was getting a set. I would have paid $30 for a customized set, that would have made more sense.
