I received the lantern but the glass was broken. I reached out and they apologized and sent another one. It too had broken glass! I asked if the would attempt to try agin with better packaging as it was a glass lantern in a box with an additional piece of brown paper inside a second box. 3rd was was on the same packaging and also broken. I reached out 2 times but no response. Now I’m just wanting a refund!

Placed the order a month and a half ago and have yet to receive my onesie. Followed up with sales support and was told it got lost in the mail and that a new one would be sent. Still waiting for that. Very disappointed.

Top quality. When one of the personalizations was incorrect, Qualtry customer service responded quickly and came through with the fix. I'll order from them again.

Absolutely terrible!!!! The first cover I received looked like someone used a sharpie marker and hand write the names on it. I emailed customer service and they quickly responded to rectify the situation. However I was not asked if there was anything I would like to change (font/style) I was just told they would remake the product. When I received the new product it looked pretty much the same as the first with the exception of the names were much smaller, still looked like someone hand write them and they were messy. I will not be buying from their company again just based off of quality of products.

Pleased with the quality, these are for Christmas but I tried a few markets out as other reviews said they weren’t great, but had no issues with them. I think my kids will love them!
