Purchased for a gift and they LOVED it!

Love the pillowcase. It looks great. However, shipping took a very long time and didn't receive until after Christmas.

I haven’t even gotten the product yet, but ordered it December 1st as a Christmas gift! Today is Dec. 31st and it has NOT arrived yet. I understand that things are hard with Covid, but Dec 1st should be PLENTY time to get a product sent out.

This review has nothing to do with the actual product, but the customer service/company. I ordered this pillow for my mother-in-law as a Christmas present. It was ordered with all expectation that it would arrive by Christmas. Instead of informing me that it would be late, I had to reach out. I received an email on Christmas Eve saying it had not yet shipped. I still have not received a shipping update.

I ordered this on December 1st and still have not received my order. Very disappointed and would never recommend buying from this seller.
