I purchased this as a gift. The shipping took forever but that was the shipping company's fault because they lost it. Customer service was very quick to respond. Once it finally arrived, I loved it.

100% triple check spelling bc after you submit/pay you can Not change, not even if it's a holiday lol. I tried to change/cancel an order maybe 12 hours later bc of 1 letter being wrong. They couldn't change but did cancel. However I still recieved and the quality is good, letters are on the pillow case well. I just can't use it :(

Quality could be better

I have yet to actually receive this item and it will be a month as if tomorrow. It hasn't even been sent yet so you can't blame the post office. I email and they respond with a vague response but still haven't sent it!

I have yet to receive this product that was ordered on 12/1 and suppose to be shipped on 12/19. Based on the tracking info it has yet to ship as of 12/31.
