I ordered 2 pillows. While the font was the same style, the size and spacing was reduced by 50% on one. I did not care for the smaller font with big spacing. They should have been the same.

The hat and the embroidery are adorable but the hat itself is huge! I don't think I have an abnormally small head but this hat doesn't fit. Unfortunately I can't wear it because it covers my eyes. I'm bummed because the idea was adorable!

Bought this for my "grand-dog" and my daughter loved it!! She said Fridge did too!
Waiting for the correct replacement glass. I waited a month for this just to come in with my husband's name where last name goes n my name where date goes but seller responded quickly n assured me she would get a correct piece sent.

I order these on 11/29 and it was shipped 12/12. I’m still waiting for it as these are Christmas gifts for my family. When I placed the order the delivery date is before 12/19. Today is the 1/1/21. The tracking just says delay in transit and no further updates. Looks like many buyers have the same problem. This is terrible!

Lantern arrived 30 days after I ordered. Missed the holiday - personalized so it could not be returned. I now have to ship the item to the intended recipient. One of the glass panels arrived chipped.
