I never received the item.

Ordered three pillows. Received two and still waiting on one shipped Dec 8. Seller has another in the making but hasn't expedited that order so I can receive it faster- still no information on shipping info. Offered refund but I'm wanting my product ordered. Lost a family member and really wanted the remembrance of them with this and can't bring myself to cancel since it was made with them beside me at the time.

The item took over a month to arrive. The item was poorly packaged, so it arrived damaged. The handle was broken and the contents were scattered inside the box. The personalization was as pictured on the front of the box however. Done beautifully.

I ordered 2 pillows. While the font was the same style, the size and spacing was reduced by 50% on one. I did not care for the smaller font with big spacing. They should have been the same.

The hat and the embroidery are adorable but the hat itself is huge! I don't think I have an abnormally small head but this hat doesn't fit. Unfortunately I can't wear it because it covers my eyes. I'm bummed because the idea was adorable!

Bought this for my "grand-dog" and my daughter loved it!! She said Fridge did too!

Waiting for the correct replacement glass. I waited a month for this just to come in with my husband's name where last name goes n my name where date goes but seller responded quickly n assured me she would get a correct piece sent.
