I ordered four stockings about a month ago (over $50 with shipping) and still have not received. Seller told me items had shipped and tracking would be updated in 24 hours.... one week later tracking has not been updated and seller is unresponsive. I definitely need my money back, and don’t work with this seller unless you want a poor experience
I LOVE THEM!! I got them for our two doggies, wish I would have gotten one for all of us!
Although cute the customer service was not good! I could not figure out how to put paw prints on my pets stockings, my eye site is not good. I tried to enter in field but it would not take so I ordered and immediately sent an email requesting the paw prints. My email was returned and I was told the would not accommodate my request. The company and I exchanged several emails but no customer service was given. I will not order from the company again, it would have been so easy for them to put a paw print at the end but they refused even though the email was sent immediately alerting them of my request. On top of that, seemed like there was plenty of time to add as shipping was slow. Very disappointing.
I don't know-I have not received the stockings. My original invoice #40715081/ordered Nov.7, 2019 and scheduled to ship Nov. 22, 2019 has not arrived. Please advise status of this order. Thank you, Patty Willingham
I ordered my stockings Nov. 2. It said they would ship Nov. 22. It is now December 2 and I have not received my items. I have sent multiple emails to the seller and have not received a response I expect a full refund. Very disappointed and do not expect this kind of customer experience on Jane.
I ordered 4 of these on November 6 and have yet to receive them. Estimated ship date was November 22, and a pre-shipment label was created on November 21 but nothing since then.
I was so excited when I ordered these. Four weeks later, I had not heard anything about a shipping date. I emailed the company twice and never heard from them. Jane Support got involved and emailed them too. Still no response. Jane ended up giving me a refund, but so disappointed with Natty Threads. Will not order from them again.
Not impressed with this seller. The stockings were supposed to ship on November 22. I ordered them on November 6th. It is now December 2 and the status stills says processing, the seller never answered my emails and even their website is down. Now I'm trying to work with Jane support to figure out what the heck happened. I'm really disappointed. Don't waste your time with this seller.
Would love to leave a real review but I ordered Nov 6 and its Dec 2 and still haven’t received my order! Edit: I finally received my order and they are beautiful!
I would never recommend them. I never received my stockings and or an email to let me know after I emailed them three times.

The shirts weren’t the best quality and in fact were very thin material. I can say without a doubt that I will not be ordering any more shirts from Jane.
The seller will not get back to me. Have not received my order and it's beyond 2 weeks late.
Getting really upset as I have not received this item yet. Purchased it for a friend who is staying at our house while we go on vacation for Christmas. We leave the end of next week until the new year and I wanted to do something special and have Christmas presents and a stuffed stocking for her. Not sure I will order from this site again. I put the order in on November 6th. It's been almost a month.
This seller will not get back to me. Sent my package to incorrect address and it was returned to sender. I've emailed multiple times- website says "temporarily down" as they are "taking a break". How does a company making Christmas stockings take a break around the holidays? I've contacted Jane directly as well- waiting for a response. Poor customer service-smells like a scam to me.
