Never got my stockings I ordered. I emailed twice with no reply. Wouldn’t recommend!!

I received the wrong shirt. I have sent at least 4 emails to inquire about correcting the order and have received zero responses from Jane Support or Natty Threads. Mistakes happen but this is terrible customer service.

I ordered several for friends and better than I extracted. I love that they are Bella Canvas shirts

The stockings didn’t ship until a week after they were supposed to. I attempted to contact the seller twice and they never responded. The stockings finally arrived today. They are really cute but one of the four is dirty.

I’ll just join in with the rest of you...I ordered on Nov 6 with an estimated shipping date of Nov 22. A shipping label was created Nov 21, but they haven’t been received at the USPS facility and nothing has changed. I emailed the seller and like everyone else, no response. I have now had to contact Jane and hopefully I can get my money back since I obviously am not getting my stockings. Do not buy these!

The stockings are adorable and seem to be well made. They took a very long time to get to me, i messaged the seller and never got a reply back on where they were. The tracking number never updated. Thankful they came before christmas. I ordered over a week before Thanksgiving.

Great shirt! I wear a medium but ordered a large for a loose fit.

A little slow to get here however it’s understandable due to personalization & holiday season. Very soft t-shirt & the lettering looks great!

Not sure about product. Ordered 4 stockings (over $60 with shipping) on 11/6 was guaranteed shipment by 11/21 tracking still has not been updated. Tried to reach out not once but TWICE with no response.. A bit ridiculous to not have any sort of communication with the customers who ordered over a MONTH ago.

I was very excited about these stockings when I ordered on November 6th. Almost a month later and 2 emails sent with no response and NO stockings. Very upset as it’s too late to order elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Very disappointed with the communication and timeliness of this seller. I reached out 4 days after estimated shipping to be told it was on way. In reality they created a label on November 21...... but when I track it it still states label created and not shipped.... it is December 3. I responded twice back out to se did this was an error but have been ignored since the original email. I will be going higher up because at this point I don’t see these ever being delivered. Tip: if you can’t keep up with orders out a realistic date on the estimated shipping so others can order elsewhere.
