Love it!

Shipping is taking forever. I have emailed the company 3 times on two different orders and they have not responded. Terrible customer service.

I ordered these on November 7 with a ship date of November 22. The shipping label was created on November 21 but I have received no further updates. I have emailed the seller with no response, yet. I hope these come soon or we will be contacting Jane.com and our credit card company for money back.

I also ordered my stockings nov 6 and I have also contacted seller twice with no response. I realize it is a personalized item that takes extra time, but the shipping label was created over a week ago with no update and no response.

I ordered mine on November 6 and they still aren’t shipped out. I’ve contacted the seller twice for a status with no answer. Estimated delivery date was 11/23 and it’s 11/30.

A little disappointed on the quality

Super disappointed. I purchased the mom life in cursive. The dot of the i is so close to the letter that it looks like a lower case L. I've had several people ask me what it says because it's unreadable.

The item took over a month to be shipped and not the 2 weeks as promised. That was only after I contacted them. I ordered the boys block t-shirt. It was to be a black t-shirt, white block, with black lettering. When I received the shirt it was a black t-shirt, black block, and black lettering. You can't see the name. When you order it asks for the lettering color not the color of block. You would think the seller would know no one would want all black on a black t-shirt. I contacted the seller about reordering it. They won't respond.

Glad I bought two sizes up. I expected it to be at least a little long on my 5’4” frame, but it hits right at my waist.
