I want to be clear The quality of the product is quite nice. My rating is regarding the timelines of receiving the item as it was not as advertised. I just wish that the company had been honest about over promising for the holidays instead of blaming the USPS. I have had several orders where the demand out weighed the supply and was thrilled for their success and was happy to receive the item later than expected
