I ordered this item 12/9 completely expecting it by or well before Christmas I just received my package on 1/3. If you are that busy and can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, let customers know. That isn't a good way to do business. .

Hi! Your order shipped out on the 14th and because of the major delays within the postal service nationwide shipped took longer than it normally does. That is out of our control once packages leave us. It is very frustrating for customers and for us as we work hard to get our orders shipped quickly! I'm glad you received it!
