Printing doesn't seem to be sealed down. Wrinkled looking
Hi! It sounds like your tee had rough shipping! We wish we could control all of the pushing, pulling and smashing that happens when packages move through the postal service. There is a quick fix for this! Take a hot iron (NO STEAM ) to the back of the tee so it doesn't touch the design and it will flatten out any wrinkles!

Ordered 12/12, still have not received the product as of this evening 1/6. Reached out to customer service, but they’ve been unprofessional, unhelpful, and incredibly frustrating to deal with; not to mention, they refuse to refund me my money after several pleasant requests. Every other experience on Jane has been wonderful; however, I highly discourage ordering from this seller. Intend to report this fraud to the BBB, and to my bank. Very unhappy and now out the $ I spent to purchase a product I never received. Almost would’ve let it go peacefully had the customer service been even mildly less offensive. Hands down, ZERO stars. Will continue to await my refund; although something tells me it will never come. This is not an honest company.
Hello- I understand your frustration and your order is still moving thru the postal system with it's last scan- out for delivery to you on 1/5. We are happy to refund you once we receive the product back. Your welcome to mark Return to Sender like we said on our email and Jane will refund you at that point. Jane processes payments and refunds, not Limeberry as that is where you made the purchase.
