If I could leave no stars I would!!! This store has taken 17 days just to ship the product to me. I ordered this Dec 10th- they didn't actually ship it until Dec 27th... and I still have yet to receive it. It says the del date is Jan 2nd. 8 days shy of a whole month! UNACCEPTABLE. If you do order from them- make sure you don't need it soon.🙄 I think they forget about people's orders.🤷🏼♀️
I’m so sorry about the horrific delays with usps and Covid. There are still millions of packages that are undelivered from December. We shipped all orders out by USPS DEADLINE, USPS is the one that failed to deliver, they did not scan orders, packages sitting in trucks for weeks without moving. This is something we could have never predicted and completely out of our control. We did ship your order within a few days of your order, not a month later. I’m sorry this makes us look bad as a company but we did hustle and I’m the Limeberry team worked hard each day to get orders out promptly as we appreciate each order and our customers, we do not forget about people’s orders. Thanks for supporting a small business and please give us another chance! ❤️
Love these shirts
I like this top, however the shirt was not the Bella brand like I was expecting. It was a different brand, but still nice quality, just a slightly different fit.
Placed an order on November 24. Was not shipped until December 12th. I get no where with customer service when I email the company. This was a Christmas present.
I still have not received my shirt. So I guess I would not recommend it to anyone!
I ordered it early in December and it didn’t arrive until the week after Christmas .
It came well after Christmas and was a flimsy excuse of a shirt!
Love these! This is my second time buying them, recommended them to a friend and now she loves them! Wash well, love the fit!
When I placed the order, I thought I was ordering the shirt in the picture. When it arrived it was the wrong shirt. When trying to address the issue I was told I was incorrect and I would have to pay to send the shirt back. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ARE CHOOSING WHEN YOU PLACE ORDER, THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY APPEAR! Customer service rep told me I had to pay for shipping to send the incorrect item (or so I felt), back to fix the issue.
We can only ship what you ordered. We have the title of every option on the photos so it’s clear which design is which. You received the design you ordered and we are happy to exchange it for the other design if you’d like.
