The pictures of the product are deceiving. The name tag in the product pictures looks like a light tan color but when I got my order in the mail.. it was dark brown on a dark brown beanie so it doesn’t even stand out and you can barely see the name. Disappointed.

We apologized the product was not satisfactory to you. We take our photos in direct light and no filters as I explained to you. Unfortunately as good as photos can be , there can be slight differences in real life. We reached out with no response.
