The name tags are not sewed on. I had to wash them and the name Tags fell off instantly. Fabric is not soft

Im sorry to hear about this. The listing clearly states the patch is heat pressed on, not sewn on. Our listing also states the product should be hand washed or spot cleaned and not put through the washing machine.
