I’ve ordered from this store before and received a child size hat. I ordered another one for my youngest and ordered the “kids” size again, but received an adult size. I’m reaching out to customer service

The hats we offer now are not the same ones we offered in the past, we now offer a better brand and the age range varies different from the old listings to the new listings. The description has all of those details for sizing with measurements. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The beanie is super cute. The only problem was the leather name tag on the hat is stuck with adhesive instead of sewn or tacked on. I had to sew it on because it started coming off after 2 days.
