The mask is so narrow it barely covers my chin in order for it to go over my nose. The straps are also to big around my face and had lots of lose threading. Pretty disappointed in this!

It doesn't stay on the ears.

The mask is too large for my face and the ear straps are too loose. Love the idea and the material seems nice but didnt work for me

Runs REALLY small Bought it for me and it didn't fit and it doesn't fit my daughter either and she has a small face

They smell terrible and one of them the strap was broken already when we opened the package.

Product does not keep cool. Will retain moisture when breathing, and gets warm. Nice concept though.

Does the job but hard to wear, thicker than I like.

The youth mask was WAY too small for my 7 year old.

The seller did not respond to my latest email. The adult mask hurts your ears and I am very petite. Was also told that Jane sets the prices not the seller.

These have to be wet for the cooling effect to work. I have enough humidity happening with my own breath

It’s fine, but, based on the price, I was hoping the quality would be better. I feel it should have had a lower price point.

I feel like it is too breathable to be an effective face mask

I like the idea, however I bought them for my hubby and son and they were too small.

The mask material is nice, but they are made for a child/tween to a small female face. These were bought for my husband to wear at work meetings and they are small on him. They are also sewn backward the pleats do not stretch when the sewn side of the elastic band is on the inside; making the mask much smaller and hard to wear. Luckily I have small children who will wear them.

Wasn't sewed very well and it is not cooling at all!

Although the construction of the mask is very well. It was a bit too small for me and it felt thick than I expected.

The 2 blue ones were not sewn correctly with the stitching on the ear elastic on the outside, making it look unfinished and rubs on the face. Another problem is that in order to be a "cooling" mask it has to be wet. NOT a comfortable feeling when grocery shopping. Maybe it would be if mowing outside, but who needs one then?

Material is very hot and a little itchy even after washing. I was hopeful that it would be breathable but it’s no different than other masks in that way.
