Ordered july 5th and have not recieved my order, and it has not even shipped yet.

This are much thinner than I expected and after two washings there is still a horrible chemical smell. I am not impressed.

Placed an order for two adult masks and two kids. When package arrived, one adult mask was missing. Emailed the shop and have heard nothing back. Horrible customer service.

The strap broke after wearing a few times. Contacted seller. No response. Poor quality and poor customer service

Did not fit, would not stay on my son!

Never received. My order still says processing.

Got this mask washed once before wearing put it on & went to adjust the strap and it broke .

Fabric was awful. I don’t recommend at all.

These facial masks are not comfortable at all. I’m not sure if they would actually keep my face cool because I can’t get past the part where they’re constantly in my mouth.

Don't waste your time. Broke the first time I tried to even put it on. Poor quality.

It is narrow and won’t stay in place

My son wore it once to school and the strap broke off same day.

Very hard to talk in, mask sits on my lips and is sucked in with every small breath. It's not too tight just bad fit.

Very small for a small 11year old girl. I have emailed the company for refund and have not gotten a reply.

Our fav masks! I'm changing my review because while these are the most comfortable masks ever, the ear straps broke on two of them after the first wash.

They don't fit well. Not a fan. Would not recommend

I could have bought a mask and run it through cool water myself. Totally misleading product. You just run it through cool water. Big deal.
