Received the wrong size masks…ordered kids and got adult so they will be of no use for my child. Contacted seller with no response.

Keeps going in my mouth. Suffacates me when wet. Messes with my gag reflex.

Once you wet it to “cool” it, the wetness makes your face feel damp and hard to breathe through.

It only "cools" your face if it's wet. Bummer ...and misleading. Who wants to wear a wet face mask

Too small for my 5 year old.

Ordered 7 of these masks. Was hoping to love them. Poor fit. Adult one too much material under chin and child size too small for my nine year old. Nice quality, just not a good fit for me.

I don’t like the material.

It was not a cooling mask!!! Directions were open pkg WET MASK & shake…Then wear!!!! Ridiculous!

Mask is see through. Would work if you needed to wear mask for sake of wearing one, but don’t think it will do any good.

I purchased two masks. Both are pretty big for me but one of them is so big I am unable to wear it because it just falls off.

I ordered 2 identical masks, but was sent 2 masks in different sizes and cannot use the second. I like the material but only half of my order is functional for me.

Masks are very comfortable but not cooling. Wet or damp yes but not cooling. I was disappointed.

It was harder to breathe

Its not cooling for long.

The mask material is good but the elastic is way too tight and uncomfortable. Will not be wearing.

My mom had purchased one of these before and it was very comfortable I ordered one as well and it was made differently and way too small I was disappointed in the inconsistent design and manufacturing

Didn't find it cooling.

I thought the material itself was that cooling fabric (like used on pillows, sheets, etc) but it’s not. The cooling is when you wet it. Plus the loops were too big and mask slides down past my nose. Very disappointed and not worth the money.
