The hat is cute but they sent me the wrong color hat. I have tried to contact the seller with no reply. Better care for orders and customer service is needed.

My absolute favorite hat!!

I still have not received this item. It has been almost two months since I placed my order and over a month from the “shipped by” date. I have contacted the seller and still have not gotten a response. This is not worth the wait and would like a refund. The customer service is awful.

my 12 year old granddaughter will LOVE this hat

I didn’t love this hat because it’s so big I can’t wear it. It’s like a men’s size hat to me. The embroidery was nice. And I thought I would never receive it it took so long for the seller to ship. Waste of money for me.

I was expecting a lighter pink for the monogram.

Shipping was a little longer than some of the other vendors but the product looks great!
