I love the hat and monogram! It was perfect!! However, shipping took 3 weeks. :(
I goofed on my letters. Emailed about a re-order but haven't heard back. Hat looks great though.

The finished product is lovely BUT i should’ve read reviews....there’s many folks who didn’t receive their orders or it took weeks/months and I’m one of them. Thankfully unlike other reviews, my letters and product was correct BUT shipping took longer and you cannot reach this company! Ever! I contacted Jane.com Who contacted them and then the next day my item shipped, to figure
