VERY disappointed. Ordered two shirts, only received one. Was told two weeks ago they would send the other one...still nothing. TERRIBLE customer service. I am going to contact Jane Directly for a refund.

Poor customer service. I ordered in the beginning of November and have yet to receive my order and have received no email as to when the order will be shipped or when I will be delivered a refund. I do not plan on ordering from this company again.

If zero options were available I would have given them zero..... NEVER received my product... emailed them SEVERAL times they never responded to any of the emails.... poor poor customer service.... ordered back in oct early nov. still nothing

Wondering why it fit small? Lemon Mintee shipped THE WRONG SIZE! I ordered Large (you can even see that on my purchase receipt) and received a Medium. Color was right. I guess they believe that was fine. Do Not Buy from this company. If you have a problem, you will NOT get in touch with customer service. They make a point to be difficult to get in touch with. I’ve sent email after email and they’ve all been ignored. I’ve regifted this shirt as a GAG GIFT, because the gag is on me, right?! Hopefully my Dad doesn’t pick it. Guess he could use the shirt as a dust rag. Bout all it’s good for anyways.....

Have not received my shirt. It has said processing since November 21st. I have contacted the seller with no response.
