My fault I guess but the font made my first initial (D) is backwards

These arrived super late. I emailed the seller twice and never received a response from them. The visors are cute but I wouldn't buy from them again because of their lack of customer service.

The thread color I requested was Bubble Gum pink. However, it is so light, it looks white...nothing like the color represented in the picture. The monogram was also off center.
