Took a little while but worth the wait

Very disappointed in the communication from this seller. I haven’t received my visor to comment on the quality. I ordered this item on April 27th. It showed an estimated shipping date of May 13th. The seller listed a tracking number on that date but USPS showed the package had not been received from the shipper. I contacted the seller with no response. After forwarding my concerns onto Jane directly I received a quick response from Jane but still never received anything from the seller. I have finally received notification through Jane that the item shipped but still no response from the seller directly. I will review my rating after I receive my order if warranted.

Love the jacket but when it came in the monogram color was wrong. I contacted the seller twice and no response.

I love this shirt, it is hilarious! It runs a little on the bigger side (not that I care, but in case anyone was wondering). I love it though!

Was perfect for Mother’s Day!

I cannot actually review the product because it hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to ship on the 13th, but it still shows as “processing” in my order history. I understand that delays happen; however, I e-mailed the seller over a week ago and got no response. This was for an end-of-school event that is tomorrow. 1 out of the 4 teachers that ordered these visors got it in time. Very, very disappointed.

The visor is great, it just took a super long time to receive.

I would love to leave a honest review but I have not received it. I ordered this on April 27 and it said it would be ready to ship by May 13. Today is May 21 and I still have yet to receive it.

I ordered this a month ago and still haven’t gotten a shipping notice or any sort of back order email. Absolutely nothing. It was supposed to have shipped by May 13, and it’s now the 21.

Fit is adjustable.. so cute and comfortable! My favorite visor!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Shirt shipped 1 week later than stated. Received the wrong color so I contacted seller but got no response. Had Jane contact the seller and they facilitated the arrangement for me to be sent the correct shirt. Never received an apology for the original error & it is now 2 weeks later I still have not received the shirt.
