Super cute

Caps are awesome. Very impressed with the seller. There was a problem with shipment. Once I contacted them, they very quickly corrected the issue.

I would give it no stars if I could. Never received my hats nor have I heard back from the seller after reaching out numerous times to them about the issue. As of right now I am out my money.. buyers please think twice before making a purchase from lemon mintee

I still have not received this item. I have contacted the seller with no response. It’s been almost a month and not contact or item.

Ordered the monogrammed hat on May 3, received it on May 24, which is ridiculous. The hat turned out fine. If I had known it was going to take that long, then I would’ve ordered a monogrammed hat off of Etsy. I don’t think I’ll order anything else from this seller again.

Wish I could write this review with NO stars. Placed order May 5, still no delivery, no response to my numerous inquiries nor those placed by Jane. Dismayed to notice so many other customers never receiving their orders, so I'm not hopeful -- will demand a refund at this point and order all future monogrammed caps from Etsy companies. (Jane, take notice and drop this vendor from your roster!!!)

Perfect fit!

I ordered a hat. It never shipped and the seller never returned my inquiry nor the inquiry from Jane's customer service. I was refunded my order.

I contacted the seller and Jane contacted them as well and I never received a response. Product is nice but terrible customer service.

The only reason it’s not a 5 Star is cause I ordered it on April 29 and just got it May 24. Z

Still haven’t received my item or updated tracking after contacting seller. I will be disputing this with Jane.

Have not received this item. It was supposed to ship a week and half ago and had not been sent yet!

Never received my order, even though it was supposed to ship two weeks ago.
