Love the hat, but took a month to get it!
Took a month to get here, but the hat is great! Got the charcoal and turquoise. Would've gotten 5 stars if product would've shipped by guaranteed date.
really looooooong time to receive.
Ordered may 9, supposedly shipped on May 23. Tracking number issued. Contacted them 3 times. Got one response. Today is May 31. No package yet.
Because I haven't received it yet! It was just mailed out yesterday after I sent an email to tell them to either sent it or refund my money. Will not order from them again
I still have not received my cap. It's a gift I was going to give tomorrow but it is not here. It was mailed a week after it was advertised it was going to be shipped.
So enjoyed having my new hat on vacation!! Loved it!
