Exceptional quality and workmanship.
I placed 2 orders with this company and both times had to email them looking for my hat. I was going to cancel payment with my credit card due to lack of response from them. The hat was nice when it FINALLY showed up but plenty of other places to purchase a monogram hat from. Won't use this seller again.
