I was unhappy with my original order of curly font. The company sent a new hat with a different font at no charge to me. The hat is great. The embroidery is very nice.

The hat fits nicely and is really cute, however, I’m giving 3 stars because my item didn’t ship until 6 days after the expected ship date and I got no response to my emails regarding the status. People underestimate how important good customer service is in addition to having nice products. An acknowledgment of my email and concerns would have prompted me to give 5 stars.

Nice hat, but the monogram on the hat was incorrect (the one on the receipt was correct).
