Ordered on Nov. 30. It didn't ship until Dec. 20. It was a Christmas gift, and I still don't have it as of the 27th. When I contacted the seller about shipping I was told I would receive it in "plenty of time" for Christmas. I am very disappointed.

The monogram for some reason isn’t centered but still very happy with this product it looks so good!!!

It fit great, was very cozy, and the monogram was perfect! Very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to wear my new monogram on my honeymoon!

I would love to review the two personalized distressed caps that I ordered on DECEMBER 4 as Christmas gifts, but they still haven’t arrived as of today, DECEMBER 28! Gonna go out on a limb here and assume they will have the monograms messed up or will be made of paper or something. Signed, 24-Days and counting.

I like the quality but it was supposed to be here before Christmas because it was a gift. Was ordered on 12-4 and didn’t arrive until 12-28. Contacted the seller 2 times with no response.

Never received shirt we ordered. Emailed them, and never received a response. Won't be ordering from them again.

Quality was great—Shipping time was unacceptable. I ordered this for my daughter (for Christmas) and it took a MONTH to arrive. It should take that long to get a product (even customized) out the door. I buy products from Jane on a weekly basis, and unfortunately, this experience will make me very leery to order from Lemon Mintee in the future--which is a bummer because they have some really cute products to offer!

Such good quality and color range! Very satisfied. The only down fall was that it took close to a month to receive. Overall, good product!

Very disappointed in the monogramming. They did our initials completely wrong on all three pullovers. Very unhappy and no way to get in touch with you all.

Jacket quality is ok. Monogram style was incorrect upon arrival. I contacted company two times via email with no response.

I will never order from this company again. The ship date changed several times. I contacted the seller several times and never got a response. I ordered several weeks before Christmas yet it came the day after Christmas, too late to give as a present. The hat may be cute but the customer service is awful.

The one star is so I can type a review. This seller should get NO star. Do not buy from Lemon Mintee. They will not deliver your product. They will not answer your emails, not matter how much you plead for an answer- you will not receive a response. Please do not help them mistreat people by giving them business.
