Item arrived damaged (pin holes around monogram). Seller contacted for refund but did not reply. Thankfully Jane issued refund.

My cap came with incorrect initials and the wrong thread color. I have contacted the seller via Facebook message and on the contact info provided on this site. I included a pic of the hat I received along with the order form showing how it should have been personalized, to verify the discrepancies. I have not heard back from the seller. I am excited to have a cap like this, and would like a resolution in the form of a correct cap being sent. Thanks

I was very dissatisfied with the entire process of ordering this cap. This order took over a month to arrive after numerous email attempts were made to the seller. Jane’s customer service was excellent. The cap itself was nice, but not worth the trouble of getting here.
