I got home from vacation and my hat had final arrived. I had ordered it for vacation. I like the hat, but they put the wrong initials on it. I double checked the order online and the order form sent with the hat. I had put the correct initials. I tried to contact them twice through email and once through Facebook. I did not get a response. I contacted Jane and got a quick response and Jane helped me. They tried to contact them twice, but again no response. Jane was awesome and gave my money back. I love Jane and I have not had any problems ordering in the past. I just wanted a hat with the correct initials. Thanks Jane!!

Unfortunately they put the wrong initials I said caa and they put cca so I can’t use it !! But the hat is nice !
