I cannot believe the awesome and professional customer service I received from Jane and from Estes Design Studio. I had a small issue with my order when I received it so I contacted Jane. Within 2 hours I had a response from both Jane and Estes Design resolving my issue to my complete satisfaction....just WOW!!!! Oh, and I love the item too, great quality at a great price!
