The first one came a little damaged and it reached out to the seller and they were so prompt and kind in getting another one sent out right away. We’ve already received the second one and it’s in great condition

I love this product. My only complaint is you can tell that the item was packaged immediately before everything was dry. I had to paint over some of the letters that stuck to the packing paper and therefore was scratched up a bit. I did not reach out to the seller since I could correct it myself!
