There was a hole in one of the shirts. And another shirt that I purchased from Jane via Instagram on September 9th still has yet to leave the post office after being shipped on September 12th.

Shipping was super fast but the packaging could have been a lot better!! It wasn’t even folded nicely in the bag/envelope. It was just shoved in there unfolded and it came all crushed. It would have been nice to have it folded.

Such a cute T shirt! No shrinkage when washed on delicate. It’s very soft and is longer than most T shirts.

I ordered a t-shirt, but a sweatshirt was sent by mistake. The seller not only offered to refund my money, but also sent the correct item in a timely manner. They handled the issue quickly and professionally. Superb customer service, and a super cute t-shirt! (True to size)

Exactly what is details. Soft material!

Initially I was excited. I ordered the shirt and three days later it showed “shipped”. Then it sat in The original location whether it was at the warehouse of the company or the post office for 6 weeks before movement. Then when I received the order it was actually the shirt I had purchased for my daughter on a separate order. Up until I received my refund for what should have been her shirt. Because here almost 10 weeks later my shirt, which was hopefully packaged with my daughters shirts tracking number was still sitting at the original location. With the obscene amount of shirt this company is selling and that they are all custom, they need to do Something about their shipping department. Just because a tracking number is uploaded I to the system doesn’t mean it actually shipped. It’s real easy to put the blame on the post office when it may actually be the company’s fault. I understand the random lost package. But both my orders, ordered at separate times, sat for at least 6 weeks before any movement happened. If any at all.

Really nice quality.

The t shirt is very low quality and scratchy. I expected a higher quality material for the price. It also took a week longer than estimated for delivery and did not receive the shirt in time for the event I ordered it for.
