I gave it 4 stars because the state is wrinkled. I can’t iron it. It’s a nice t shirt it’s comfortable and it’s a little longer than a a regular t shirt..

Shipping took an extremely long time; package only moved after I contacted Jane (but no response from seller.) Then, the shirt arrived and was NOT charcoal. It was a very light, ugly, brownish-gray. I will update the review if the situation is resolved. UPDATE: Seller has reached out and offered to make the situation right by remaking the shirt and offering a refund. I will update again once the new shirt is received. UPDATE #2: I received my new shirt and it matches what was shown in the ad. I appreciate the seller’s willingness to make this right.

The t-shirt was very long, and I have a long torso. The customization was great quality.

Material was not soft and colors were much more dull than appeared on add.

This was shipped in late July it is now Mid September. Package has not moved from Idaho Falls, since then and I have made several attempts to contact the seller and Jane. I have not received anything back. Very disappointed! Update: Seller sent shirt and discount for another purchase. Very nice quality. Happy to have it!

***UPDATE*** The seller reached out to me and apologized for the shipping mishap. They quickly sent out the item again and they also refunded me as a courtesy. I’m satisfied with the product and grateful that they reached out and made it right. *** Do not order from this seller! I wish I would have read the reviews. I ordered a month ago on 8/15 & I still have NOT received my item. They responded to me once on 9/2 to say they are re-shipping, but still no shipment updates and no response from the seller as of today. I am disgusted and at this point I just want a refund. Terrible customer service. I will never order from this seller or Jane again.

I didn't end up keeping these as they were too large for me, but I often run between a small and a medium so for this one, I should have ordered a small. They are super cute and I wanted to get the right size but the seller was sold out. I'm going to keep my eye out for these if they come back up. The quality is very nice.

I live in south Louisiana; I ordered a tshirt for that reason, but I received a sweatshirt instead. It’s cute, but I want my tshirt. This is too hot to wear at work because if it does get cool outside, they turn on automatic heaters inside.

I ordered this shirt a month ago. Got the wrong one a d have been trying to get it fixed since then. Their communication is horrible. Still waiting on my corrected order! I will not be buying from them again. I understand that mistakes happen, but they have had a month to correct it and have not. And now I can’t even get answers to my emails!
