T-shirt was adorable but sizing was off and I ordered a size too big so I can’t wear it :(

Product not received. No resolution by working through Jane and no response from seller when directly emailed. Very poor customer service, very disappointed since this was to be a birthday present.
I love that I was able to customize this shirt! It is super cute and soft! But the collar folds over right in the front. I’ve done everything to try to get it to stay down but it always ends up folding again.
Shirt words are cute. Keep in mind- its vinyl. Description when I bought said it was a Bella canvas T. What the company shipped is not bella. I have already attempted to email company- no reply yet after several business days. I guess i am stuck with a scratchy tshirt that was not what they advertised.

Wrong t-shirt sent and seller will not respond. Edit: After several weeks and emails I was finally able to get the shirt I wanted and I love it!
Ink caused spots all over the shirt on the first wash. Jane made it right with a refund but no response from the seller…
It took 3 weeks to receive the sweatshirt. After 2 I contacted the seller, no response. A few days later I contacted the seller & Jane.com, to date neither party has even acknowledged my email. After the second communication to the seller the sweatshirt finally shipped! Received it, washed once & the letters are ALREADY bubbling! First, I am disappointed with the lack of communication & timeliness. That’s poor customer service! Secondly, the sweatshirt wasn’t even worth the money or wait since after 1 wash the letters are bubbling. I do not recommend at all!!!

Original order said was shipped and that it was in my locked mailbox but I never received it. Contacted Jane customer service and they followed up with company. Company remade and reshipped TSHIRT. Received today. It’s very cute!! Despite the slow shipping issue, I would likely purchase from again as seller made things right. Thank you.
