Shipping took a bit and I wasn’t satisfied but after a little communication the seller made things right and were very kind and beyond reasonable!

Love the graphic but the red is definitely not red, it’s a maroon red even against the white sweatshirt i ordered. Unfortunately our high school rival is maroon so i definitely won’t be wearing it to support my sons basketball team.

Never received the item from the seller. *edit* two hours after leaving my review and contacting Jane for a refund my item shipped. The item was intended as a gift. If it had shipped in the timeframe given I would have had plenty of time. Also communication from the seller would have helped. Update the estimated shipping times or communicate with your customers. It really is not difficult. Still do not recommend and won’t be purchasing in the future.

The stated shipping is not correct. I received 1/2 items purchased from this seller. I have canceled the second item due to it being a gift and the event has passed. I attempted to contact the seller and received no response. Communication when there is a delay would have absolutely prevented any issues. Jane on the other hand provided great customer support and I will continue to use this app. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again.

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my son. I’m not sure what Went wrong but ours looks super weird!!! I would like to send a pic of ours

Don’t waste your money! I ordered a sweatshirt and after an entire month, I still didn’t receive any tracking/shipment information. When I emailed the store to inquire, I got zero response. I had to contact two different Jane reps to help me get some answers, and after a second email attempt to the store I finally got a response. When my sweatshirt did arrive (over a month after ordering) it came in looking dirty like a line of dirt around where my design was put on, and there was a smear of something black on the sleeve. I’m so glad Jane refunded me because I wouldn’t have paid anything for this product if I had known I’d deal with this experience and quality upon arrival.

Ordered for a special event. Didn’t ship it for 22 days and only shipped after I said I wanted a refund because the event I wanted to wear it to was over. Horrible service.
